We specialise in bespoke luxury bathroom renovation, including consultation, design, repurposing, renovation, and project management. All work is tailored to individual client requirements, as detailed in the project agreement or quotation.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Any changes or additions to the scope of work may incur additional charges, which will be agreed in writing before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms
  • A deposit of [25–50%] is required to secure your project start date.

  • Interim payments may be invoiced based on project milestones or calendar stages.

  • Final balance is due upon project completion.

  • Late payments may incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel the project after booking, please provide written notice. Refunds of deposits will be at our discretion and depend on whether materials have been ordered or work has commenced. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

6. Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines in good faith. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. supply chain issues, third-party delays, or access problems) will be communicated promptly. We are not liable for any loss resulting from reasonable delays.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide access to the property as required

  • Inform us of any relevant structural or legal restrictions

  • Review and approve design documents in a timely manner

8. Design Ownership

All design concepts, 3D renderings, and mood boards remain the intellectual property of Luxury Business Design until full payment is received. Afterward, they may be used by the client for the agreed purpose. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Materials and Warranties

Where we supply materials or products, we source from reputable suppliers. Manufacturer warranties will apply where available. We are not liable for defects in third-party materials but will assist in any claims where possible.

  • Third-party products or appliances (covered by manufacturer warranties)

  • Issues arising from alterations or work by others after completion

  • Moisture or structural damage unrelated to our workmanship

  • Cosmetic changes due to natural material ageing (e.g. wood, brass)

Any claim under this guarantee must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence. We reserve the right to inspect and rectify the issue before any external contractor is involved.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Any damage or defect caused by misuse or neglect after handover

  • Delays or failures due to force majeure (e.g. extreme weather, pandemic-related disruption)

Our total liability is limited to the total fee paid for the project.
